This entails managing the invitation of each guest from the time the invitation is written to the moment the guests walks into the event venue.

Upon presentation of the guest list, Evolv will be the scribe [for hard copy invitations] to write on all the invitation cards/letters and then execute their delivery.  We will also make the email invitations on your behalf. After the invitations have been made, we make two follow-up telephone calls to all the guests in order to elicit their attendance confirmations.  The reason for doing this is not only to secure a more predictable position on the attendance but also to give your guests personalized treatment; for each individual to know that his/her attendance is important to you -  a feeling we would like to communicate to your guests where or not they finally make it for the wedding.

We design this with the knowledge that in the service industry each interaction with your prospective client is a stage-opportunity for you to show case what you, as an establishment, stand for. So when we make these calls, we fairly script the information being sent out and ensure the people making the calls are very pleasant, cultured, great to listen to and consistently professional.

We also furnish the guests with a mobile telephone contact, that will also appear on the invitation cards, specifically assigned to this event. It will be on 24/7 to answer any queries on your behalf regarding your event.
