Evolv will source and with your approval [whenever necessary], contract the relevant vendors.  Once a vendor is selected, terms negotiated and payment terms agreed upon, we will systematically track the vendor's service delivery.  This will allow for adherence to quality and deadlines in a structured and organized manner.

The service providers include but are not milted to; Catering [including tea breaks], Promotional items' design and production, Public Address System, Venue lighting, Entertainment, Video and photography and others; as will be agreed upon with you.
